We use Java to develop our backend and use the latest AWS services for development and production environments.
Hire and manage a development full stack agile engineering team.
Lead the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and practices.
Develop the tools and infrastructure for our data processes.
Work closely with our product team to understand and define requirements.
Manage your team tasks and ensure quality and timely execution using agile methodologies.
Requirements: Requirements:
5+ years as a team leader.
10+ years of experience in server-side development.
2+ years of professional experience working with Java.
Experience in AI-assisted development.
Experience in devops (or at the very least, full service ownership - creating and deploying services in a microservice environment).
Experience in development in micro-service-oriented architecture.
Experience in agile development, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and coding for automated testing.
Experience in core database systems (SQL, NoSQL, Redis, etc.).
Get-things-done mentality.
A team player.
Nice to have:
Experience in integrations with 3rd party provides and APIs.
Experience in integrating AI-driven flows in software.
Experience in deploying and maintaining in an AWS environment.
A passion for improving software quality through self-learning.
Experience in developing financial applications.
