Role Overview:
As a Senior Linux System Expert, Storage And Backup Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring storage and Linux servers and services. Your expertise in Red Hat, EMC, and Commvault will ensure that our server environments conform to all company regulations and information security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure, and maintain Linux and storage servers and services.
2. Manage EMC storage in a highly crucial environment, employing proactive and reactive approaches.
3. Perform installations, security updates, upgrades, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting in VMware-based 24x7 data center environments.
4. Ensure ongoing operating and system compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards.
5. Provide support to application, security, and other teams within the organization.

The AI department is focused on bringing value to our customers through the development of algorithms and analytical solutions. As an applied AI Engineer in the department, you will be a valuable member of an innovative and technical data science team working on various problems. The department uses a wide variety of advanced techniques and algorithms to provide maximum value from data in all shapes and sizes (such as classification models, NLQ, anomaly detection, image generation, time series, and more).
The team uses versatile methods and state of the art tools to deliver the most accurate insight and optimal decisions to our customers. We are responsible for the design, research, development, deployment and maintenance of these tools, hence part of our work includes writing and deploying production code.


What You'll Be Doing:

* Understand and explore the e-commerce domain, research, build and deliver sound insights, recommendation and automation solutions.

Our Data Engineers are responsible for building and operating the data systems to deliver value to the end users and to internal users, by expanding and optimizing the data pipelines and data services, ensuring data integrity and driving a data-driven culture. In addition, you will support our software developers, database architects, data analysts, and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. The Support and Implementation Specialist will work with our latest software technology, Omnitrack. You will support our Team Lead, guiding clients through their onboarding and implementation process. You will then continue with the customer through their journey, working to solve their problems.
Clear communication, empathy, tenacity, and technical smarts are keys to success. You should be able to explain complex and sometimes technical ideas in simple terms and translate the customer experience into feedback and product specifications.

You will support our Team Lead through the pre-sales process and then work directly with our clients, guiding them through the technical aspects of the onboarding and implementation process.
