Responsibility on Operational Excellence, setting processes infrastructure to support business current and future needs. Create and implement multi-level, cross-departmental, short and long-term operational strategies related to the Device R D and manufacturing operations, with a focus on upgrading and streamlining processes and effectuating cost reductions at all levels.
Major duties and responsibilities:
Develop the continuous Improvement culture and deploying the Continuous Improvement program for the device department.
Promoting consistent Device organization-wide adoption of Operational Excellence methodologies, standards, tools, systems, processes and continuous improvement activities that align with business needs.
Requirements: Eng. Degree. Industrial Engineering -an advantage
At least 15 years of experience leading technical projects
Demonstrated experience developing departmental strategies and processes.
Strong technical orientation, experience in design validation and verification activities an advantage
Solid understanding of FDA and international regulations medical devices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to deal effectively with all levels of management and ability to interface with other functional areas to ensure process and priorities are aligned.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
