We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the growth of our proxy products and the optimization of our proxy networks. Unlike a traditional PM role, this position is infrastructure-heavy. The focus is on network performance, routing efficiency, and latency optimization while UI/UX come second. The "user" is often a developer or an automated system, and the "product" is a high-speed, reliable gateway to the web.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, vision, and execution for our companys classification and privacy products portfolio
Manage and grow a team of experienced product managers across multiple product lines
Define and own the roadmap for sensitive data discovery, classification, labeling, and privacy-aware controls across cloud and on-premises environments
Deeply understand customer use cases for compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), data governance, insider threat protection, and data loss prevention
Drive innovations in content-aware and context-aware classification, including AI-driven techniques such as ML, NLP, and LLM-based models to accurately identify and categorize sensitive data
Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI and large language models) to enhance classification accuracy, scalability, and real-time data understanding
Work hands-on with UX designers, engineering, and research teams to design thoughtful, scalable solutions
Partner with internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services to understand deployment challenges and inform roadmap priorities
Engage regularly with customers and prospects to gather feedback and validate product direction
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position, launch, and drive adoption of new features and products
Track and analyze product usage, customer feedback, and market trends to iterate on product strategy
Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader both inside and outside the organization on data classification and privacy topics.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Turn concepts into shippable tickets: Draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintain a clean backlog, run grooming and sprint rituals with R&D.
Instrument & analyze: Define event tracking, build lightweight dashboards (e.g., funnel, approval, activation, repayment), monitor experiments, and surface insights.
Vendor & integration support: Coordinate with underwriting/KYC, payments/acquiring, and data vendors, track timelines, test webhooks/APIs, and resolve issues.
UAT & QA owner: Create test plans for new flows (applications, KYC, pricing, contracts/e-signature, settlements, dunning/collections, pause/skip-payment rules).
Compliance-ready ops: Keep product docs current (T&Cs, disclosures, rate tables), collect evidence for audits (SOC/ISO/PCI where relevant), and log incidents.
Customer & GTM enablement: Draft release notes, internal guides, and simple ROI calculators; support Sales/CS on edge cases; triage feedback into clear tickets.
Day-to-day product ops: Unblock engineering, chase decisions, remove ambiguity, and keep everyone aligned on the next shippable slice.

In this role, you will help shape the evolution of our DOCA Networking software stack - the accelerated infrastructure framework powering AI factories and cloud environments. You will drive software innovation from vision to real-world impact, influencing some of the most advanced computing systems in the world. As part of the DOCA Product Group, you will lead software strategy for ConnectX NIC and BlueField DPU platforms - key pillars of our data center and AI networking strategy - helping build the intelligent infrastructure of tomorrow.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the Product-strategy for DOCA networking stack and products across their life-cycle: from vision and inception, through detailed customer & ecosystem requirements, roadmap crafting, market introduction, growing into in-scale delivery, and product improvement cycles.

Orchestrate a unified technical strategy between AI product teams, engineering teams, and customers to advocate the use of DOCA libraries & microservices, and to develop new DOCA APIs and services for new deployments.

Drive multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams to establish priorities and define precise, actionable requirements for breakthrough projects.

Forge strong partnerships with customers and ecosystem partners - actively listening to their technical needs, delivering expert guidance, and supporting successful, large-scale AI (and other) deployments that drive their strategic goals.

Create use cases and reference applications to demonstrate product value to technical and executive audiences.

Gather insights to define future products, including analysis of complementary and competitive products and customer feedback.
