Act as the primary interface driving key technical escalations with internal stakeholders and provide assistance to technical Support with escalation and de-escalation of customer issues

Location

What you will be doing:
Contribute within the SRE team in the company, develop and integrate processes, and work closely with multiple teams.
Deploy and operate new applications.
Configure existing services.
Solve issues that prevent normal deployments.
Automate and improve/create from scratch new workflows for efficient deployments.
