We're seeking a dynamic Workplace Experience and People Partner to create an exceptional workplace environment while supporting our people operations. This hybrid role blends office operations, employee experience, and people-team partnership. You will ensure our workplace-physical and cultural- is welcoming, functional, and aligned with our culture and values, whilst supporting employees and managers through key stages of the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who is people-obsessed, detail-oriented, operationally strong, and excited by creating environments where people can do their best work. Youll also provide office administrative support as well as travel arrangements from time to time.

This role is Raanana based and requires to be on-site and, in the office, at least 3 days per week, mandatory Mondays and Wednesdays. Additional days may be required when there are engagements or events on-site.
What You'll Do
Workplace Experience (50%) - be the go-to person for our Raanana office
Office Operations & Environment
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, welcoming and inspiring workspace
Be the primary point of contact for facilities, vendors, landlords, and service providers.
Oversee vendor relationships (cleaning, maintenance, catering, supplies)
Coordinate office layouts, meeting room bookings, and space optimization
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
Contribute to local policies, documentation, and best-practice workflows.
Employee Experience & Culture
Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, and team-building activities that strengthen our culture alongside our Fun Committee.
Create welcoming onboarding experiences for new hires.
Serve as the go-to person for workplace needs and employee inquiries
Foster an inclusive, engaging office culture that reflects company values
Support events for employees in other locations
Facilities & Health & Safety
Lead workplace safety and compliance initiatives, including emergency planning and policy maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
Coordinate with building management on maintenance and improvements
Manage emergency procedures and first aid provisions
People Partner (50%);
HR Operations
Support local recruitment processes including candidate coordination, and interviews
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and a great experience.
Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and concerns
Support managers with basic HR guidance and policy interpretation
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys
Help facilitate conflict resolution and mediation when needed
Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across programs and processes.
HR Administration
Track and manage employee leave and attendance
Support payroll administration where necessary
Be responsible for local HR Operations items such as company car handling, meal cards etc.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, HR, or related roles (preferably in a technology or high growth environment).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - approachable and supportive.
Comfort working with office systems, MS Office, Slack, SharePoint, or similar tools.
High level of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
A proactive, hands-on mindset-no task too big or too small.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent English both written and verbal.
