We are looking for a Reconciliation Operations Analyst to join our team! Your key responsibilities will include:
* Efficiently match and reconcile transactions with precision and attention to small details.
* Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes to ensure accurate matching.
* Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in transactional data.
* Work closely with data sources to validate and verify transactional information.
* Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy of matched transactions.
* Implement and maintain Quality Assurance processes to uphold data integrity standards.
* Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Utilize Excel functions and formulas to streamline transaction matching processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest improvements to existing automated processes and advise on new processes to optimize transaction matching.

Requirements: What Makes You a Great Fit:
* Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in Accounting- Must.
* 5+ years of previous experience in transactional matching or reconciliation roles.
* Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
* Team player, with a can-do approach and the ability to drive optimization-oriented changes.
