* Serve as right-hand finance business partner to Chief Operations Officer, supporting the established strategic goals.
* Manage and analyze operation functions (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, IT and Facilities) financials and non-financial metrics, including forecasts and actuals, scenario planning at the level of a public company.
* Develop efficient planning and reporting processes to methodologies and record individual R&D programs for financial performance and milestone timelines.
* Support cross-functional projects aligned with strategic initiatives.
* Support a potential IPO.

* Support the Production of board of director presentations for the operation activities.
* Provide insights and analysis for decision support for COO leadership team.

We are hiring an Integration Engineer for a classified RF project team. The engineer will play a key role in leading the overall system. The position offers an in-depth perspective across various disciplines (hardware, software, mechanics, algorithms, communication, etc.) and involves team leadership in a dedicated lab.
Responsibilities:
The engineer will be responsible for leading the integration, version testing, system -level integration, on-site experiments, site surveys, integration in the system deployment process locally and abroad, addressing gaps through versions and ongoing updates.
