This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leading and building - acting as a technical authority, setting standards and methodologies, guiding a small professional team, and remaining highly involved in hands-on development.
Key responsibilities include:
Professional leadership of a data / BI / AI team
Hands-on development of ETL processes, data models, integrations, and data layers
Designing and implementing DWH / data Lake / Lakehouse architectures
Working with SAP -based data and complex enterprise environments
Leading AI solutions from business need identification and POC through production implementation
Collaborating with business stakeholders, managers, and vendors to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Requirements: What were looking for:
6+ years of experience in data Engineering / DWH / data Analytics
At least 2 years of experience in technical leadership or team management
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, ETL, and data modeling
Experience with Python or another relevant programming language
Proven experience working with SAP data and familiarity with S/4HANA, BW, CDS, SAC, or similar environments
Significant practical experience in developing and implementing AI solutions
Strong ability to connect technology with business needs
Experience in complex commercial environments, supply chain, inventory, sales, distribution
