* Collect and consolidate data from various sources, including databases, mobile app analytics tools, and third-party sources
* Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
* Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively alert teams to deviations from established benchmarks
* Perform A/B testing and cohort analysis to assess the impact of changes and features on user behavior and retention
* Maintain data documentation and metadata to facilitate data governance
* Partner with product managers, developers, and marketers to support data -driven decision-making
Requirements: * 2 years of experience as a data Analyst or similar role
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* Bachelors degree in data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience with mobile app analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel) preferred- Advantage
