What your day will look like:
Be part of the founding data-science team, implementing new and exciting features, end-to-end, along with the product team, focusing on the algorithmic and machine learning aspects embedded in all our products.

You'll develop the infrastructure for our servers, high-performance networking to support WEKA's cutting-edge storage platform. As a Python Developer, youll:

Design and develop distributed file system components to support data management features such as snapshots, replication, tiering, and advanced data reduction algorithms;
Participate in the design, architecture, and implementation of next-generation storage architecture;
Assist in technically managing initial storage implementations including proofs-of-concept;

As a Senior Kernel Engineer at Weka, your primary responsibility will be collaborating with other team members on our high-performance filesystem solution and releasing our kernel driver, which is written in C on top of Linux, as part of the Weka filesystem product.

The kernel-based filesystem driver provides file access and logic to Weka filesystems and the ability to connect clients to the Weka cluster. This enables the Weka system to provide applications with local filesystem semantics and performance while providing centrally-managed, shareable, and resilient storage.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis department as a foundational member of our in-house Data Analytics team. This critical role will specifically partner with our Revenue team, working with them to track and analyze the drivers of our variable profitability, ranging across: customer behavior trends, pricing strategy, product profitability, and more. To succeed in this role, you should be very comfortable coding in Big Query, visualizing with PowerBI, and most unique to this data analyst position enjoy applying these skills to finance-specific analyses.
