What you will be responsible for:

* Own the strategy and roadmap for the CDP's data layer and its data sources, balancing the reliability, scale, and integration quality of a foundational layer with the pace of a live, revenue-generating product.
* Translate complex technical and architectural tradeoffs into product requirements and business impact, connecting platform decisions to adoption, ARR/MRR, and churn.
* Own both sides of the product lifecycle: the inbound work of discovery, specification, and technical decision-making, and the outbound work of launch, enablement, and adoption with customers and CSMs.
* Engage directly and regularly with customers, CSMs, and internal stakeholders, turning real-world data and integration challenges into product decisions.
* Partner closely with R&D leads and engineering to shape and execute the roadmap.
