:Position Summary
We seek a results-driven Fundraiser & Donor Relations Manager to expand philanthropic support from Israeli donors, alumni, foundations, and corporate partners
:Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Donor Relations
Develop and implement strategies to grow support from Israeli donors and alumni
Research, identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospective and existing donors
Secure funding for scholarships, academic programs, and institutional priorities
Organize donor meetings, campus visits, and engagement opportunities
Maintain strong, ongoing donor relationships
Alumni Giving
Develop initiatives to increase alumni engagement and giving
Lead annual giving and scholarship campaigns
Identify and cultivate alumni with major-donor potential
Collaborate with alumni relations and academic departments
Grants & Partnerships
Identify opportunities with Israeli foundations, government agencies, and corporate giving programs
Develop compelling grant proposals and donor materials with internal stakeholders
Manage grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting
Research potential corporate and philanthropic partners in higher education, technology, innovation, and workforce development
Develop opportunities for sponsorships, scholarships, and strategic partnerships
Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain and grow a qualified fundraising pipeline
Track fundraising activity, donor engagement, and progress toward annual goals
Prepare regular fundraising and pipeline reports
Requirements: Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred
3-5+ years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, partnerships, or relationship management
Proven success building relationships and securing financial or business support
Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills
Strong organizational, project-management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM /donor-management systems
Preferred
Experience in higher education, nonprofits, or philanthropy
Knowledge of the Israeli philanthropic landscape and grant-making foundations
Experience writing grant proposals and donor presentations
