DRS RADA, a global pioneer of RADAR systems, is seeking a HM Project Manager to join our team.
The role leads operational and professional interfaces across global sites, coordinating activities, managing cross-organizational plans, identifying gaps, and driving solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate ongoing activities with global sites.
Lead S OP / S OE processes and drive cross-functional decision-making.
Manage Material Allocation and Inter-site Shipping Plans.
Lead global Capacity Analysis, resource utilization, and capacity planning.
Identify operational gaps, drive corrective actions and Continuous Improvement.
Lead professional discussions, track action items, and drive interfaces.
Collaborate with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality.
Manage multiple global interfaces prioritizations.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
Experience in project management or in an operational / supply chain role within a global environment - min 5 Years at global environment.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-organizational processes.
Experience with S OP / S OE processes - an advantage.
Strong understanding of Planning, Production, Supply Chain, and Capacity Management processes.
Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, gap identification, and presentation of management insights.
Fluent English, with the ability to lead professional discussions, present topics, and lead meetings in English.
