Ensure top quality: Receiving parts, we trust you to ensure the quality and accuracy of parts and paperwork delivered with attention to detail.
Coordinate & Collaborate: To ensure parts availability you collaborate across teams and work closely with suppliers. You review jobs and plan accordingly. You will manage minor escalations and collaborate with relevant internal teams to solve problems.
Communicate: To provide a seamless experience for our customers, you keep a high level of communication with local Service teams and suppliers.

Confidently communicate with customers as an ambassador through digital channels, and face-to-face to provide: Scheduling/status updates, waiter updates, and payment requirements
Educate customers on Product, App, and answer any questions using customer friendly language
Maintain a tidy, representable customer facing area (customer lounge, service entrance), and organize the parking lot
Manage the service fleet, performing damage audits, flagging service requirements, and car cleaning
Facilitate test drives in service, being an ambassador for new products and support in generating additional sales
Manage arrival of unscheduled appointments and any surprises on site ensuring smooth operations of the workshop
Maintain a good understanding of our products and service operations to perform basic,
visual diagnostics and accurately record repair orders into systems.

Supervise the health and safety compliance across the center, setting the tone and always leading by example
Oversee and lead a team of service technicians to achieve results and set targets.
Conduct regular one-to-ones and feedback sessions with team members, providing constructive and clear coaching, identifying training needs, and driving their development.
Plan, prepare and distribute work based on skill level, capacity and resource
Monitor performance consistently and be responsible for quality within your team, reporting progress to management daily, together with any specific incidents

Serve as primary service engineer for local customers. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and system integration issues on our MR-guided focused ultrasound systems. Perform hands-on troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of MRI-guided focused ultrasound systems in the field and lab environments. Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Product teams to drive root cause analysis and implement short- and long-term solutions. Participate in design reviews and provide field feedback to improve product reliability and serviceability. Analyze case trends using salesforce and build dashboards or reports using Excel and BI tools. Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, PM protocols, FRU instructions, and technical documentation. Deliver technical training to global service teams and partners. Support system validation, software upgrades, and new product introduction (NPI) activities. Ensure adherence to our Quality Policy, ISO 13485, MDSAP, FDA, privacy and safety standards.

we are looking for a Design Verification Engineer, CPU, Google Cloud
As a CPU Design Verification Engineer, you will work as part of a Research and Development team, and you will build verification components, constrained-random testing, system testing, and verification closure. As part of our server chip design team, you will verify digital designs. You will collaborate closely with design and verification engineers in projects and perform direct verification. You'll build efficient and effective constrained-random verification environments that exercise designs through their corner-cases and expose all types of bugs. You will manage the full lifecycle of verification which can range from verification planning, test execution or collecting, and closing coverage.

Responsibilities
Plan the verification of digital design blocks by fully understanding the design specification and interacting with design engineers to identify important verification scenarios.
Create and enhance constrained-random verification environments using SystemVerilog/UVM, or Specman.
Identify and write all types of coverage measures for stimulus and corner-cases.
Debug tests with design engineers to deliver functionally correct design blocks.
Lead coverage measures to identify verification holes and to show progress towards tape-out.

we are looking for a Senior Design Integration Engineer, Google Cloud, Networking
Responsibilities
Define and implement solutions for design, integration and verification problems using in-house and external technical solutions or tools. Ensure chip quality by implementing best practices and implementing quality control measures.
Participate in project development and convergence with the highest quality, and manage issues as they arise through design and implementation.
Connect between RTL design, physical design, Design for Test (DFT), external IPs and SoC while maintaining project priorities.
Maintain project infrastructure and stability.

Responsibilities
Plan the formal verification strategy and create the properties and constraints for digital design blocks.
Utilize formal property verification tools combined with formal verification closure techniques to verify properties.
Resolve difficult to verify properties, and contribute improvements to methodologies to enhance formal verification results.
Architect and implement reusable formal verification components.
