Were looking for an experienced MIS Product Manager to drive scalable, data-driven solutions for our Go-To-Market (GTM) business teams, including Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer Growth, while collaborating closely with Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and efficiency across all GTM initiatives.
In this role, you will act as a Product Manager for business processes, where each domainsuch as pipeline forecasting and customer growth(upsells)functions as a product. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, collaborating with Salesforce business analysts and Business Technologies Engineering and also driving projects end-to-end.
Own and manage GTM business processes as products, ensuring they are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Partners, Customer Growth, and Revenue Operations to understand business needs and translate them into actionable system designs.
Work alongside Salesforce Admins and BT Engineers to design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and performance across GTM teams.
Drive projects end-to-end, from defining business requirements to execution and adoption.
Enhance marketing and sales automation, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity across platforms.
Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new technologies, including enrichment tools, ABM platforms and more, to support GTM objectives.
Ensure high data integrity and compliance across systems, supporting accurate reporting and decision-making.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Management Information Systems, Marketing & Sales Operations, or related fields, with a focus on technology-driven environments.
Strong expertise in Salesforce (beyond a super user), with experience in solution design and platform capabilities.
Experience collaborating with Salesforce Admins, BT Engineers, and Revenue Operations teams to implement scalable solutions
Experience with forecasting tools like Clari or BoostUp is a strong advantage..
Strong understanding of GTM technology stacks, including marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), enrichment platforms(Zoominfo, Apollo, Cognism), ABM solutions, Sales Engagements platforms.
Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau preferred) and ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
Proficiency in SQL is a big plus.
Exceptional project management skills, with experience driving initiatives from conception to execution.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business impact.
Working knowledge with Agile methodologies is a big plus.
