We are seeking an experienced Informatica / ETL Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and leading complex data integration processes within large-scale environments. The role involves full ownership of ETL solutions, from requirements analysis and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica Cloud (IICS) and/or Informatica PowerCenter
Lead end-to-end ETL development activities, including requirements intake, solution design, implementation, testing, and production deployment
Develop and maintain complex ETL workflows integrating multiple systems and data sources, including:
Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, DB2 AS400
Files: XML, flat files (MF), CSV
Messaging systems: MQ, Kafka
Change Data Capture (CDC)
Provide rapid response to ad-hoc business requests and production issues
Optimize performance of existing ETL processes and improve overall system efficiency
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and scalable data solutions

What you will do

Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy - Design and execute a recruitment strategy aligned with 4Ms business goals, with a strong focus on scaling in the US market.
Own end-to-end recruiting - Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define needs, manage full-cycle recruiting, and deliver quality hires across Engineering, Product, Data Operations and GTM.
Build and manage a TA team (over time) - Gradually recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team that includes both in-house and outsourced TA partners, while staying hands-on in selected searches.
Drive top-of-funnel activities - Build initiatives to attract talent, strengthen 4Ms employer brand, and continuously improve sourcing channels and outreach.
Promote Data-Driven Recruiting - Use metrics and insights to measure success, optimize processes, and improve candidate pipelines.
Enhance Employer Branding - Act as a brand ambassador, leading campaigns, social media presence, and participation in industry events to position as an employer of choice.
Elevate candidate experience - Ensure a consistent, engaging, and high-standard candidate journey at every touchpoint, reflecting values and culture.

Vulnerability management: Lead the tracking, triaging, and reporting of security flaws across all product lines. Best practice advocacy: Drive the adoption of secure coding standards, partnering with R&D and DevOps teams to embed security early and often. Extend our D&R capabilities: Build scalable solutions to identify malicious activity, triage alerts, and investigate and remediate incidents. Document: Draft requirement documents for security products and innovative technologies.
