* 2-4 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a product ownership role, with a proven record of driving operational excellence.
* Strong technical orientation and the ability to navigate complex product logic, model integrations, and API configurations.
* Highly analytical, with the ability to independently dive into data, build dashboards, and translate performance metrics into actionable product insights.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders - from R&D and FinOps to external vendors.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry and make informed decisions with limited data while prioritizing when to collect more information.
* Highly organized, with strong planning and prioritization skills to manage the transition of models from "experimental" to "production" status.
* AI Curiosity: You don’t need to be an AI researcher, but you are passionate about using AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
Nice to Have:
* Experience working on generative AI products (specifically video, image, and audio models).
* Strong knowledge of basic scripting, APIs, and SQL.
* Familiarity with data and monitoring tools such as Tableau, MixPanel, Coralogix, or Datadog.
* Experience in the SaaS industry or working with GCP/
