We are seeking an experienced product manager to join Dashs core product team. Youll have significant influence over both product direction and execution and lead strategic product initiatives across the Dash platform. This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Were looking for a Product Lead to be a core driver in how our product empowers security teams. You will be expected to deeply understand customer needs and translate them directly into product features that deliver real value. You'll own key parts of our frontend stack, drive key architectural decisions, and turn complex security data into clear, actionable business insights.

You will lead product vision and execution for critical capabilities that help organizations secure their AI systems end-to-end from data flows, to model governance, to AI usage in production. You will be accountable for turning complex customer problems into scalable product solutions, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring measurable customer and business outcomes.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with true ownership, where you will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, and GTM teams to build a category-defining AI Security platform.


What Youll Do:
Own Product Strategy & Vision (End-to-End)
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for core AI security domains.
Make clear prioritization decisions based on customer value, business impact, and technical constraints.
Act as the product owner and decision-maker throughout the entire product lifecycle.

As a Sr Product Manager , you will lead a dedicated cross-functional pod responsible for a specific area of the VantagePoint platform. You will own the pods product strategy, roadmap, discovery and delivery-working closely with engineering, product design and business stakeholders to solve meaningful customer problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

This is an individual-contributor role with significant product ownership. You will lead through influence and shared direction rather than through direct people management.

Focus of the Role
Lead the product direction and day-to-day execution of a dedicated VantagePoint pod.

Product Strategy
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the VantagePoint capabilities within your pod.

We're looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions delivered on the company platform.
This is a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment where many problems are not predefined. Working directly with customers, you'll deeply understand their needs, identify the right problems to solve, and lead your team in building solutions that deliver meaningful business value. We work on-site from our offices in Tel Aviv.

What you'll be doing
Drive the detection product domain: Bring deep expertise in SecOps engineering across SIEM, data pipelines, and SOAR, and help the product team define where the product should excel. Develop a strong understanding of the day-to-day work of SecOps engineers and the challenges they face.
Turn expertise into product insight: Conduct deep, hands-on research across real security environments, SecOps engineering practices, data, and tooling. Combine customer feedback with your own experience and the knowledge of the broader team to identify meaningful problems, opportunities, and product directions.
Shape and execute the roadmap: Translate product insights into a focused roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer needs. Partner with the product and engineering teams to prioritize initiatives, make tradeoffs, define outcomes, and drive execution from discovery through delivery.

We are looking for a mission-driven Product Group Lead to own Acquire, our core product. We specialize in advanced AI predictive models, focusing on LTV, churn, and intent to drive business growth.
As the Product Group Lead for Acquire, you will be accountable for everything Acquire: strategy, roadmap, execution, and business outcomes. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Agentic Search team, building the search and retrieval infrastructure that powers AI agents and LLM-based applications at scale.

This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership. You will take full end-to-end responsibility over a core product area, from defining strategy through shipping and iterating based on real usage data. You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, design, and go-to-market, shaping how AI agents discover, retrieve, and act on web information in real time.
