Overview
We're looking for a creative leader who thinks like a marketer.
This role sits at the intersection of brand and growth. You'll lead our creative teams (design, video) while also owning marketing strategy across email, paid media, and digital campaigns. You need to be fluent enough in every channel to make smart calls and give sharp direction - and comfortable enough in Meta Ads Manager to build and manage campaigns yourself.
You won't be designing landing pages or editing videos. But you'll be directing the people who do - which means you need to know what good looks like and why it works

Requirements: Requirements:
A strong portfolio showing creative work and marketing campaigns you've led
Hands-on paid media experience - you've personally built and managed facebook /Meta campaigns
Deep email marketing knowledge - you understand strategy, flows, and what drives engagement even if you're not the one writing every email
Fluency across digital marketing - landing pages, funnels, social, video - you know enough to direct teams effectively
Comfort with AI tools - you're already using them to work smarter
