Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the R&D timeline, ensuring projects are consistently on track and resources are strategically allocated to meet the company's daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
Develop and monitor the software development life cycle, supervising the engineering team's work to assign tasks, establish goals, set delivery dates, and communicate the teams progress to executives.
Responsibility for the Release Management process.
Work cross-functionally with Developers, PMs, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure readiness for project launches.
Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to align and achieve project goals.
Utilize data analytics to identify key areas for improvement and growth, ensuring that decisions are data-driven.
Actively manage multiple technical and operational projects simultaneously from project kickoff to launch.
Directly engage with clients to oversee project delivery, focusing on meeting their specific requirements.
Requirements: Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of R&D processes and methodologies.
Proven experience working with R&D teams, managing R&D projects.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Monday).
Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, and product managers.
Experience building and improving cross-organizational processes with an emphasis on SDLC and implementation in development.
Hands-on implementation of work practices.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
2 years experience as the first Engineering Operations position in an organization - an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, an advantage.
Minimum 2 years industry experience.
