We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end projects and cross-functional processes across the organization. This role sits in the Office of the CEO and drives programs that cut across business units, functions, and even organizations - primarily between SAP.
You will not be an ivory tower PMO. You will design the processes, align stakeholders, and also do the actual work: building plans and dashboards, running working sessions, following up on actions, and making sure we land complex initiatives in the business. A key part of your mandate is to own the cross-functional processes related to our integration with SAP, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution across both companies.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in project/program management or similar roles, with a track record of owning cross-functional, end-to-end projects, including at least 2 years in a fast-paced SaaS or software company.
Experience working in or alongside large/complex organizations and managing projects that involve multiple companies or external partners.
Demonstrated ability to design and run processes, not just follow them - including governance, cadences, and operating models.
Strong hands-on execution skills: comfortable building your own project plans, dashboards, presentations, and comms.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels and functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable structuring ambiguity into clear options and decisions.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Hebrew a plus, if relevant).
Bonus Points For:
Experience working with or within SAP or similar large strategic partners.
Familiarity with enterprise software / SaaS business models.
Background in management consulting, PMO, or strategy & operations roles.
Exposure to SAP-related initiatives (business processes, integrations, or joint GTM).
