Our Training Department is Expanding, we are hiring a System Instructor
Job Description
Deliver face-to-face training on company products (courses, training sessions, and certifications) in both Hebrew and English
Develop and write training materials, with an emphasis on presentations, lesson plans, and supporting documentation
Build training and course syllabi, including schedules and timelines
Full responsibility for the development and delivery of courses and training programs
Participate in product demonstrations and exhibitions
Lead cross-functional projects as part of the Training Departments responsibilities
Lead and conduct field training activities.
Requirements: Very high level of English
Proven experience in face-to-face instruction
Willingness to travel frequently abroad
Participation in and facilitation of field training and exercises, with emphasis on ground forces
Graduate of a military instructional course
Background in operating loitering munitions / UAVs (e.g., attack exposure units) - significant advantage
Experience in training combat soldiers - advantage.
