We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor.
Our Workshop Supervisors are the front-line leaders of our Service operation. They act as brand ambassadors, delivering an exceptional experience to customers, managing day-to-day operations as well as proactively developing team members to reach their full potential. Supervise the health and safety compliance across the center, setting the tone and always leading by example
Oversee and lead a team of service technicians to achieve results and set targets.
Conduct regular one-to-ones and feedback sessions with team members, providing constructive and clear coaching, identifying training needs, and driving their development.
Plan, prepare and distribute work based on skill level, capacity and resource
Monitor performance consistently and be responsible for quality within your team, reporting progress to management daily, together with any specific incidents
Identify any roadblocks disturbing workflow and ensure that everyone has the tools and training to perform their role successfully
Responsible for tooling inventory management, cost controls, and tool orders
Ensure that work standards and available procedures are up-to-date accurate and that all work

We are looking for talented Automotive Technicians for Mobile Service across Our Mobile Service Technicians are unique in the industry, driving in custom fit cars to customer locations to address their needs, ensuring best in class service.
מה תעשו:
Service, repair and improve: Working with specific software and drive out to customers to service their vehicles. This is an independent position
Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards.
Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices to further improve the service experience. 
Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles.
Support end to end mobile service process as needed by the business to be able to perform their core duties, with activities like parts management, scheduling, etc.
Customer Facing: Take ownership of all customer facing interactions. You will be required to perform basic repairs, educate customers on technical information and general usage of vehicle.
