We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead Mami into its next chapter of growth. This role will own the company’s marketing strategy end-to-end, build a powerful consumer brand, scale growth channels, and drive meaningful demand across every touchpoint with our users and community.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing market leader and shape Mami’s marketing vision from strategy to execution. You’ll develop bold, creative, and data-driven initiatives while driving performance across brand, content, design, performance marketing, and community.
Your main focus will be building a strong and iconic B2C brand in Israel, accelerating growth, scaling our community into a powerful engine, and positioning Mami as the leading B2C brand in the Israeli market.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and Manage Mami’s Marketing team and strategy across brand, performance, content, CRM, Influencers, PR, and community.
* Own and scale the full growth funnel- user acquisition, retention, activation, engagement, and monetization
* Lead and develop internal marketing teams as well as external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
* Plan and manage marketing budgets, with hands-on ownership of measurement, optimization, and ROI-driven decision-making.
* Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and breakthrough brand initiatives.
* Work closely with Product, Commerce, and Community teams to create a holistic and consistent user experience.
* Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to continuously refine strategy.
* Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and strategic collaborations.

* Proven experience as a VP of Marketing/CMO or a senior Head of Marketing in a leading B2C company.
* Strong track record in brand building, growth leadership, and managing large marketing budgets.
* Deep hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok), combined with a strong understanding of Brand & Content.
* Experience with community-driven brands, influencers, UGC, and creator ecosystems - a significant advantage.
* Sharp strategic thinking combined with strong execution and hands-on leadership.
* Ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Highly creative, proactive, organized, and capable of driving complex cross-functional processes.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and genuine passion for building meaningful brands and communities.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - a strong advantage.
* On-site availability with flexibility for meetings, launches, and field activities as needed.
