The Hotel Manager reports directly to the General Manager of Brown Hotels Paphos Hills and is responsible for the full operational leadership of Paphos Hills Resort & Spa.
The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall day?to?day operation of Paphos Hills Resort & Spa by Brown Hotels.
The role ensures operational excellence across all departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa and Wellness, Engineering, Guest Services, and Events.
The Hotel Manager leads the management team to deliver high guest satisfaction, efficient operations, and strong financial performance while maintaining brand standards.
The resort includes 87 rooms, restaurants and bars, spa facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness services, requiring strong cross?departmental leadership and coordination.
Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of hotel management or senior operations experience in a resort or upscale hotel environment.
Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple departments in a hotel operation.
Strong financial and commercial understanding including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills.
Strong guest?service mindset and ability to manage high?volume operations.
Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration preferred.
Fluent English required; additional languages considered an advantage.
