What Youll Do
Manage personal services, social and cultural events, and volunteer programs
Build and nurture strategic and operational partnerships
Recruit, develop, and manage volunteer teams
Execute nationwide events and initiatives
Oversee CRM systems and events calendar, ensuring operational excellence, evaluation, and impact measurement
Requirements: Assertive, sharp, fast-moving, and people-oriented professional
Native English speaker (preferred: olah)
Good working proficiency in Hebrew
Minimum 2 years experience managing teams, departments, or projects in Israel (end-to-end)
Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-layered activity
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining a strategic, big-picture view
Drivers license and access to a car
