What Youll Do?
Be a Central Figure in the Team Serve as the go-to expert on everything related to the teams services and infrastructure. Work closely with product managers. Learn and be able to reason about the existing code base on demand, deriving insights quickly and managing context switches effectively.
Deliver Solutions with Impact & Efficiency Stay focused on business goals and customer delight. Ensure we deliver features that move the needle and are implemented efficiently and iteratively.
Maintain High Code Quality & Architecture Collaborate with developers to uphold high coding standards and work with our architects forum to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with our platform vision. Utilize code generation tools for a larger impact.

The Accounts team owns some of the most critical infrastructure at the core of our companys platform.

We are seeking an experienced Staff Backend Engineer to lead the engineering efforts behind our homegrown platform for serving and operating production-grade AI models and AI based algorithms.
This is a mission-critical role for someone passionate about building highly-scalable, GPU-aware, cloud-native systems that act as the connective tissue between algorithm research and product innovation. You will play a pivotal part in re-designing and evolving the platform, while supporting both research and application teams across the organization, and contributing to MLOps initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership
Own the architecture, stability, scalability, and performance of the system.
Design and implement platform features that support both synchronous low-latency and asynchronous compute-heavy algorithm execution.

Ensure robust Kubernetes-based deployment and observability for a highly dynamic system.

We are looking for a Staff Backend Engineer who is passionate about building platforms at scale, loves challenging engineering problems, and enjoys empowering other engineers to move faster with confidence.
As a member of our companys Backend Platform Team, you will own and evolve the backend platform: core shared services (for example, service mesh, shared locking, multi-tenant fairness and rate-limiting), the tooling and processes behind our Software Development Lifecycle (CI/CD pipelines, development environments, release workflows), and AI-powered operational tooling for production visibility and incident response. we are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join our AV Platform HW Development group in Israel to design the next generation of autonomous driving systems.
What will your job look like?
Responsible for specifying the hardware for our autonomous driving systems
Lead the HW design process: product specification, electrical schematics, component selection, layout, hands-on testing in a lab environment, verification, accompanying production and qualification processes
Define Signal integrity simulations (LPDDR4, MIPI, FPD-link, etc.), perform power integrity (DC drop, PDN AC analysis) and analog simulations (like spice).

Lead end-to-end life cycle of the System architecture - from analyzing OEMs (customers) technical requirements to HW architecture definition, development and verification to ensure integration of our company's products into the vehicle platform.

What will your job look like:
Lead the design and development of RF circuits and PCBs for mmWave applications up to 81 GHz.
Assist in the antenna design and integration
Conduct full-wave and circuit-level RF simulations (HFSS, ADS etc.) to validate design performance.
Optimize high-speed PCB layouts for minimal loss, crosstalk, and parasitics at mmWave frequencies.
Define and execute test plans, including lab measurements, characterization, and validation of RF systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, digital, mechanical, and system engineering teams.

We are looking for a Hardware Engineer/ Senior Hardware Engineer II (Multiple Roles) - Azure Core.
Responsibilities
Own and lead the development of complicated hardware units and test environments, based on deep understanding of customer requirements, functionality, and system architecture. 
Design and implement RTL in System Verilog, and VIP, test benches, and verification infrastructure in System Verilog UVM. 
Develop and execute test/coverage plans to verify hardware designs and reach cloud-grade quality.

Oversee and train junior engineers and take leadership roles on large projects.
