Junior Brand and Web Designer - Temp position
Job Description
Join our dynamic Marketing Design Studio team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brands. Bring your personal touch to our brands to craft a captivating design language and exceptional visual assets. In your day-to-day, youll:
Design a wide variety of marketing assets with emphasis on web pages.
Incorporate generative AI tools in the design workprocess
Manage projects independently from concept to execution-including brand identity, UX/UI design, and the creation of digital assets
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including PMMs, writers, UX designers and creatives
Understand the target audience, competitive landscape, product strengths, and relevant data insights
Develop and present creative concepts with clarity and strategic rationale.

Were looking for an experienced UX Expert to join our Tel Aviv team for a temporary role as a maternity leave replacement. While this is a temporary position, there may be potential for a long-term opportunity in the future.

Job responsibilities
What Youll Do
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to validate design decisions through user feedback and provide UX guidance across all stages of product development-from ideation to release.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points-and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Take ongoing ownership of monitoring the user experience across the product by regularly reviewing flows, analyzing user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Proactively initiate and lead UX improvement initiatives that enhance usability and increase user satisfaction.
Advocate for the user by promoting user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
Champion best practices in research methodologies within the team and across the company.

Were looking for an experienced Operations Manager to temporarily step in during maternity leave and keep our operations and security running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with real ownership across employee lifecycle processes, information security, compliance, and vendor management, while being an active part of the Operations team.

Youll support ongoing operational projects and processes, work closely with internal stakeholders, and be a key partner on data security and privacy matters.

Responsibilities:

Operations Team Support

Support ongoing operational projects and processes
Help improve and maintain operational workflows and documentation
Ensure continuity of operations during the maternity leave period
Information Security & Compliance
Own and maintain day-to-day processes for ISO 27001 and SOC 2
Support audits, evidence collection, and ongoing compliance activities
Lead security awareness training
Work with internal teams on data security and privacy topics
Employee Onboarding, Offboarding & Access Management
Own end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding
Provision, manage, and revoke user access and permissions
Ensure role-based access and least-privilege principles
Run regular access and permissions reviews
Maintain clear documentation and audit trails
IT & Systems Operations

Manage company tools, systems, and identity/access controls
Ensure systems are securely configured and well maintained
Act as a go-to person for operational and access-related issues
Vendor & Subscription Management
Manage software subscriptions, including licenses, renewals, and ownership
Lead vendor onboarding, including security reviews and risk assessments
Maintain supplier security standards and documentation
