Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hardware team lead to join our team. This key role includes full responsibility for system engineering and for managing hardware development projects with subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in complex hardware systems, particularly in one or more of the following areas: AI hardware, video processing, or weapon systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead hardware development projects end-to-end, from requirements through delivery.
Define and manage system architecture and interfaces.
Coordinate and supervise the work of external subcontractors and vendors.
Collaborate closely with software, mechanical, and system teams to ensure smooth integration.
Ensure compliance with industry and military standards.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanics, Electro-Eoptics or a related field - mandatory.
At least 5 years of combined engineering and managerial experience.
Proven experience in the defense industry mandatory
Experience in board design - advantage
Proven experience in preparing technical surveys/reports
Proven track record in leading hardware development projects.
Background in AI-based systems, video systems, or weapon platforms an advantage.
Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Fluent in professional and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in international business environments
