ISI is seeking a Development Team Lead to join our ClearSky software team and lead the development of our satellite ground segment solution. In this role, you'll manage a full-stack team (frontend & backend), mentor developers, and translate business goals into technical execution using modern tools and agile practices. Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring the team's productivity and personal growth.
* Manage the technical aspects of the team’s projects, providing guidance on architecture, design, and best practices.
* Work closely with product managers to align development efforts with business goals.
* Oversee the planning and execution of project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
* Conduct code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement in coding practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and roadblocks encountered by the team.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new technologies and methodologies to improve team efficiency and output.

Requirements: * Proven experience as a software developer, with at least 2 years of experience in leading development teams.
* Strong technical expertise in .Net core and Angular.
* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
* Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, or similar.
* Solid experience in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
* Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
