Required Legal Counsel - Labor and Employment Law
Job Description
As Legal Counsel, youll partner with HR and other stakeholders on employment-related matters, lead legal HR projects, and provide hands-on advice. Youll handle global employment issues, draft agreements, and develop internal legal knowledge bases. In your day-to-day, you will:
Partner closely with HR, stakeholders, and external counsels on employment matters including hiring, termination policies, and employee relations
Initiate, coordinate, and lead legal HR-related projects
Draft and review agreements and other employment-related documents
Review and assess HR policies, employee handbooks, and employee-related policies
Assist and advise on employment aspects in transactions like M&A and restructuring
Perform HR-related investigations or examinations
Develop methodologies for retaining legal advice, research, and templates.
Requirements: 46 years of experience in employment and labor law, preferably in a high-tech company or a leading law firm
Israeli bar license
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for drafting, presenting, and professional discussions
Experienced in drafting employment-related documents and advising stakeholders
Skilled multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes full ownership of projects
Great communication skills, with the ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders
Deep knowledge of labor and employment law, and multi-jurisdictional experience an advantage.
