Key Responsibilities
What Youll Do-
Design and implement secure, scalable FWaaS architectures in at least one major public cloud:
o Amazon Web Services (AWS)
o Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
o Microsoft Azure
Build advanced cloud networking topologies (VPC/VNet design, routing, hybrid connectivity, load balancing, HA).
Work with routing protocols, especially BGP (OSPF - advantage).
Develop and automate infrastructure using scripting and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Bash, etc.).
Collaborate with CSP technical teams on integrations and reference architectures.
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with product strategy.
Participate in PoCs, architecture reviews, and production deployments.

We are looking for a Solution Architect, System Integrator to join our team. 
What you will be doing:
As a Solution Architect at our company, you will be an essential member of our Customer Success Technical Delivery team. You will collaborate with product, sales and engineering to deliver the latest security and identity products.
You will be responsible for the technical aspects of security and identity products offered to our customers during post-sale activities.
Providing technical solutions to meet customers business and technical goals.
Lead the technical aspect of a production deployment in our customers environment including deployment design, technical assistance during the deployment, troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues.
Troubleshoot client Windows Server OS and Active Directory issues that may arise during deployment.
Provide technical support for our customers after the deployment was completed.
Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers.
Provide input and feedback to engineering and development teams.
Maintain expert knowledge of our products to develop and present unique solutions and maintain knowledge of emerging trends in related technology areas.

As a RHEL Architect, you will help customers build enterprise applications and capabilities around our infrastructure technologies to streamline development and allow for continuous stability and scaling of infrastructure and applications.

What you will do:

Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, with a strong hands-on focus - addressing technical, development, and strategic IT requirements through hands-on implementation and direct engagement

Understand industry practices and our policies, procedures, and values

Demonstrate good judgment in selecting best methods to obtain solutions

Implement and integrate our open and hybrid cloud solutions including Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and other offerings

Team up with our customers to rapidly build application prototypes using modern application development practices and open source emerging technologies

Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals

Contribute to project documentation and diagrams, including ticket or bug management

Mentor and share your knowledge with customers and the existing team

Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market

Implement solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods

Handle tough problems in an innovative way

Were looking for an Sr Solutions Architect responsible for advising on Generative AI, core services and also to provide technical pre-sales guidance to strategic customers while building long-term relationships, identifying pain points, and addressing them.
📍 Work location - hybrid from Tel-Aviv
Responsibilities:
Strategic Advisory: Act as a technical and strategic advisor in the field to provide architectural guidance in the GenAI space and recommendations necessary to promote & help customers overcome technical challenges and scale securely on AWS.
Pre-Sales Architecture: Serve as a pre-sales Solutions Architect to guide customers on best practices and ensure cost optimization.
Relationship Management: Build strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, from technical teams to senior executives.
Business Growth: Collaborate with Account Executives to drive service adoption and ensure success in the long term.
Travels: locally (on-demand to meet with customers and partners and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter).
