Responsible for transferring new products from development to full-scale manufacturing and leading NPI activities end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement new production lines, including jigs, fixtures, and automation
Validate and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
Lead NPI transfer projects from layout planning through ECO release
Duplicate production lines at global sites (Far East)
Perform failure analysis and resolve production issues
Collaborate with R D, quality, project management, planning, and purchasing teams
Additional Requirement:
Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Industrial Eng. with hands on experience
5+ years of experience in an NPI, Engineering and manufacturing processes.
DFx Capabilities.
Knowledge and experience in production process like PFMEA, GR R, PCP.
SolidWorks knowledge and experience.
Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Team player with good interpersonal relations
Experience in writing production process.
Good English verbal and written communications skills.
