We are looking for a visionary Learning Lead to design and execute the learning strategy for our production and manufacturing divisions. This is a foundational, "hands-on" leadership role where you will build our Manufacturing Learning Center from the ground up. You won't just manage training; you will digitize our expertise, build structured career pathways, and ensure our production teams are certified and ready for the future of defense tech.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Lead the end-to-end establishment of a dedicated Learning Center tailored to the unique needs of our production and manufacturing functions
* Drive the digitization of all professional certifications and training materials. You will lead the development of modern digital learning units that are accessible, interactive, and high-impact
* Partner with HR and Operations to design and implement certified career roadmaps, linking skill acquisition to professional growth and operational excellence
* Conduct deep-dive learning needs assessments across the plant to formulate a strategic L&D plan that aligns with business goals
* Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract institutional knowledge. Manage internal learning developers & external vendors to deliver cutting-edge learning solutions
* Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, ensuring a direct ROI on employee performance and safety
Requirements: * At least 5 years experience in L&D roles, specifically within manufacturing, industrial, defense or high-tech hardware environments.
* Demonstrated success in independently leading end-to-end digital L&D projects, Ability to translate operational needs into structured learning certifications.
* Strong expertise in LMS implementation and a passion for digital learning tools (e-learning, video, or mobile learning).
* Strong organizational and project management skills, able to design and execute multiple initiatives for varied audiences
* An entrepreneur mindset: Someone who thrives in creating processes where none exist and can influence stakeholders at all levels
* B.A. in a relevant field (M.A. an advantage)
* Experience in high-tech/manufacturing/defense sectors - an advantage
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
