Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale the AI Product Management, developing a high-performing team of PMs.
Define and own the AI product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Drive the full product lifecycle, from discovery and high-level requirements gathering to launch, and iteration.
Be the voice of the customer, ensuring our AI solutions directly address real-world challenges and deliver exceptional value.
Collaborate cross-functionally with CTO, AI Architects, R&D, data science, marketing, and customer-facing teams to execute at high velocity.
Evangelize and represent our companys AI vision and products internally and externally through keynotes, customer meetings, and industry events.
Tell the story: create compelling product narratives that clearly articulate the value of AI innovations to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovation-driven AI Product Manager
to join our AI Group. This team plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of our platformbuilding both foundational AI platform capabilities and client-facing applications that touch every user segment across our customer base.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategic platform development and customer-centric product innovation, ensuring a healthy balance between inbound work (deep collaboration with PMs, engineering, design, and data teams) and client-facing execution (launching and iterating on features that directly impact HR leaders, employees, and managers). You'll own the full product lifecyclefrom experimentation and discovery to delivery and optimizationwhile exploring emerging technologies to keep us at the forefront of HR-tech innovation.
