As an engineering manager, youll guide both the technical direction and the personal growth of your team. Youll work closely with Product to set goals, define strategy, and ensure high-quality execution to drive real business impact.
What youll do
Lead your squads technological strategy and define its tech agenda
Lead and promote adoption of Dev AI tools in your team
Support the professional and personal growth of your team
Own and run bi-weekly sprints and quarterly planning
Encourage a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Product to drive alignment and deliver on OKRs
Requirements: 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager or team lead
5+ years as a backend or full-stack developer
Node, Nest.js, TypeScript, an advantage
Proven experience with high-scale, production-grade systems
Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Proven contributions to open-source projects, a bonus
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
