We are seeking an Experienced system Administrator to join our team and take ownership of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, virtualization environments, and network infrastructure
Provide hands-on support for Windows/ Linux operating systems
Monitor system performance and implement improvements
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange/365, and other enterprise tools
Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and security policies
Deploy and support hardware, software, and networking equipment
Collaborate with IT teams to deliver reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions
Document configurations, procedures, and system changes
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a system Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments
Experience with virtualization platforms ( VMware / Hyper?V)
Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls)
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
