Key Responsibilities:
? Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new business systems and technology platforms across the organization and its global subsidiaries
? Own the administration and ongoing optimization of core business systems, including salesforce and Pardot, ensuring they are configured to meet evolving business needs
? Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the company's ERP system, working closely with business stakeholders to align the system with operational requirements
? Drive system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across platforms
? Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for business-critical systems, serving as a senior escalation point for complex issues
? Work with Qlik Sense and other BI tools to support reporting needs and enable data -driven decision making

Requirements: ? 10+ years of hands-on IT experience, with a strong mix of systems implementation and day-to-day systems management
? Proven track record of independently leading end-to-end system implementations - from requirements gathering and vendor selection through to deployment and adoption
? Solid experience as a salesforce and Pardot administrator, including advanced configurations, automations, integrations, and user management
? Experience administering and managing an ERP system in a mid-to-large business environment
? Familiarity with Qlik Sense or similar BI /analytics platforms is an advantage, but not required
? A genuine enthusiasm for learning new systems and technologies - someone who is energized by both the strategic and the operational sides of IT
? Highly independent and self-directed - able to manage competing priorities and deliver results without heavy supe
