This opportunity to join the Product Analytics team, is to define how we use data to transform customer experiences, develop and scale new products, and help leverage product-market fit.
We're looking for someone who's data -driven with excellent product analytics experience and storytelling skills to partner with our product team, and drive profitable growth and active use of our business.
As a key member of the team, you will have a track record of combining technical skills, an understanding of product analytics, and problem-solving acumen.
Requirements: Requirements:
3+ years with experience in performing quantitative analysis
3+ years of experience working in product analytics field
Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau, A/B testing
Ability to tell stories using data, effectively educate, and inspire confidence in recommendations, thereby motivating others to act.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes and recommend resolutions: can present results in meaningful terms
Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines
Advantage - preferably at least one scripting language (R/ Python )
Advantage - Experience applying predictive modeling, experimentation, and statistical analysis to drive scalable, data -informed decisions.
