As the DevOps Infrastructure Team Leader, you will manage a team of five engineers, focusing on building and maintaining robust, scalable systems. You will play a pivotal role in Load Balancer logic, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Identity Management, and Secret Management. Your expertise in automation, virtualization, and orchestration tools will help us improve our infrastructure processes while ensuring high availability and performance.
What you'll do:
Manage a team of 5 DevOps engineers in a hands-on tech leadership role.
Design, implement, and manage Load Balancer architectures and WAF configurations.
Oversee Identity and Secret Management processes to ensure secure and efficient access control.
Maintain server infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles via Terraform and Ansible.
Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and reduce manual interventions.
Work with virtualization and orchestration tools to streamline deployment processes.
Build reliable and robust systems that can handle high loads and ensure performance standards are met.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye on delivery timelines and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system configurations, deployment pipelines, and monitoring solutions.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions.
Build and maintain automation frameworks to streamline deployments, enforce security and compliance standards.
Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies, methodologies, and tools to improve performance, observability, resilience, and scalability.
Act as the technical point of contact for DevOps, guiding the team through complex challenges and advocating for DevOps principles across the organization.
