Required Operations & Employee Experience Manager

Own and be part of:
Own and manage the aspect of global admin operations and Employee Experience.
Be the main point of contact for team members' well-being and day to day experience.
Owning and organizing global and local welfare activities such as happy hours, holiday & birthday gifts, events, swags etc.
Overseeing housekeeping and office maintenance.
Ownership of all aspects related to our day-to-day office operations & budget.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Administrate and welcome the onboarding/offboarding of employees.
Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience as an Office/Operations manager and Employee Experience in a hi-tech company.
Part of Operations/HR team in global company.
Willingness to work 5 days a week at the office.
Positive attitude, with patience and a love for people.
Proven track record of developing and executing yearly operations and EX plan and strategies.
Youre great at communicating and collaborating with everyone across the company.
You thrive working in a start-up dynamic, and youre more than ok with some serious context-switching. Youll need to be friendly and patient and have the ability to stay calm and positive.
Strong project management skills, super organized, and excellent with the details
Fluent in writing and speaking English.
