What You'll Do:
Create and nurture a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture, driving well-being initiatives that align with business goals.
Be the welcoming face of the officegreet employees, visitors, candidates, and supplierswhile ensuring a smooth front-desk experience.
Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facilities, maintenance, supply management, food orders, cleaning staff, and deliveries.
Support all stages of the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and thoughtful experience.
Manage and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to support office needs and special projects.
Contribute to employer branding efforts, helping position us as a top workplaceboth internally and externally.
Coordinate employee travel logistics, including flight and accommodation bookings via our travel platform.
Collaborate with the Finance team to process purchase orders, invoices, credit card transactions, and employee reimbursements.
Support employee engagement activities such as company events, happy hours, team-building activities, and holiday gifting.

In this key role, you will design and lead end-to-end employee experience strategies, covering the full employee lifecycle. Youll be responsible for building and implementing programs that foster a vibrant, connected, driving initiatives that enhance well-being, foster connection, and align with our unique culture and values.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end employee experience initiatives - from ideation and planning to seamless execution. This includes organizing site-wide events such as holiday celebrations, business milestones, team-building activities, happy hours, guest lectures, and more.
Support the full employee lifecycle by creating meaningful touchpoints that strengthen connection to our brand, global HR strategy, and our unique culture.
Champion employee well-being through thoughtful and personalized gestures - both professional and personal - such as lifecycle gifts, recognition moments, and curated experiences.
Manage budgets and vendors with full ownership of planning and execution. Build strong supplier relationships, prioritize effectively, and ensure long-term planning and operational excellence.
Drive creativity and innovation by staying current with trends and developing original, engaging ways to enhance well-being, engagement, and team cohesion.
Promote and communicate all initiatives to maximize participation and engagement. Strengthen employer branding, internally and externally, through digital channels such as internal screens, intranet, social media, and more. Ensure global visibility of Israel site activities via the HR portal and collaboration with the global HR team.
Oversee employee volunteering programs at the Israel site, ensuring alignment with company values and social impact goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders including field HR, talent acquisition, organizational development, procurement, legal, finance, facilities, and others to ensure alignment and successful execution.

End-to-end ownership on developing and implementing a holistic creative employee experience strategy for our Israel & EMEA site, aligning with global HR strategy and objectives and our unique culture.
Lead the full lifecycle of engaging employee experience programs and initiatives, from conceptualization and planning to flawless fine execution. This includes organizing and managing large-scale company events such as holiday parties, business milestones, engaging events, team-building activities, happy hours, lectures, etc., as well as driving impactful wellness programs and recognition initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partnership: Build strong, collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and integrated employee experiences.
You will manage budgets, foster strong vendor relationships, and ensure seamless logistics for both in-person and hybrid formats.
Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and HR teams to continuously enhance the employee experience.
