As a Senior Product Analyst, youll play a key role in shaping data-informed decisions by applying your expertise in data modeling, analysis, and effective communication. What youll do:
Partner with stakeholders to define clear KPIs that reflect both product health and performance as well as company goals.
Translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Work with Data Engineers and AI specialists to build scalable, consistent data models that enable deeper insights, including applications such as ranking systems, customer segmentation, and agent-driven automation.
Perform thorough data analysis to uncover trends, inform strategy, and deliver recommendations that enhance growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Present insights in a clear and professional manner to support decision-making across the organization.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an Analyst focus on product analytics - advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead and deliver projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Clear and effective communicator, capable of presenting complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in data warehouse modeling, ETL processes, and advanced SQL querying.
Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work independently as part of a global team.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau - advantage).
Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or related industries - advantage.
