As GM of Cloudinary for Builders, you will own Cloudinarys strategy for this new spacemaking our products the default choice for media management within builder platforms.
Responsibilities:
Set the vision & strategy: Lead the development and growth of Cloudinarys presence within builder ecosystems. Define a long‑term strategy, roadmap and success metrics; ensure the initiative aligns with Cloudinarys broader mission and revenue goals.
Build & manage partnerships: Develop and promote strategic partnerships with leading builder platforms, directly engaging with their product and partner teams. Help Cloudinarys Channels team build relationships with solution and technology partners in this ecosystem. Negotiate co‑development and co‑marketing agreements to make Cloudinarys capabilities a default option for these tools.
Lead a cross‑functional team: Build and manage a small, highly‑skilled team (product, technical and business functions) focused on builder integrations. Partner closely with Cloudinary R&D on API & MCP readiness, with product management on feature definition, and with marketing on go‑to‑market and demand‑generation activities.
Drive product‑market fit: Ensure integrations meet the needs of builder users and achieve product‑market fit. Gather market feedback, define and prioritize new features and enhancements, and coordinate with Cloudinarys product teams to deliver them.
Create go‑to‑market plans: Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention for builder integrations. Coordinate with marketing and customer success to create compelling content, events, tutorials and campaigns.
Own business performance: Define adoption and revenue targets, manage budgets, and measure ROI of the builder initiative. Report progress to leadership and adjust strategy as the market evolves.
Be the face of the initiative: Evangelize Cloudinarys builder strategy internally and externally. Represent the company at conferences, contribute to thought leadership and stay up‑to‑date on trends in AI‑powered builders, low‑code/no‑code tools and generative media.

About You:
Experienced leader: 10+ years in technology/SaaS with at least 4 years of managerial experience in cross‑functional roles. You have led early‑stage product initiatives or built ecosystems/marketplaces and are comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑changing environment.
Business & partnership acumen: Demonstrated success in business development or ecosystem partnerships, especially ones in the GenAI space. You can negotiate and nurture strategic alliances, understand complex partner dynamics and influence across organizations.
Product & technical fluency: Familiarity with APIs, developer tools or low‑code/no‑code platforms. Able to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders; comfortable discussing product requirements with engineers and value propositions with marketing/sales.
GTM & metrics orientation: Experience in developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies, driving user acquisition and retention, and managing multi‑year budgets with a clear ROI.
Matrixed collaboration: Proven ability to work in matrixed environments, aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, sales and marketing.
Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
