What You'll Do?
Gather, analyze, and translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product specifications.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning R&D, operations, and other product managers to deliver on product strategies.
Define product objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, aligning business priorities with customer insights.
Drive the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products and platforms.
Apply lean and agile methodologies to enable fast iteration and continuous integration and improvement.
Break down complex challenges into manageable components, ensuring end-to-end solutions.
Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware products, from requirements and design to development, manufacturing, and post-launch improvements.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management in a multidisciplinary environment
Proven success managing complex products in multi-disciplinary companies
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience (mechanical background preferred).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and motivate cross-functional teams.
At least 2 years proven experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Open-minded and adaptable, with the ability to embrace diverse perspectives and explore creative solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to craft and tell a compelling product story.
Strategic thinker with creativity and a customer-first mindset.
High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel occasionally, as required by the role.
Proficiency in lean and agile methodologies.
