Assist in new equipment integration, add-ons, and upgrades.
Provide feedback to the headquarters based on experience gained with customers.
Support the customer beyond the defined working schedule as required.

About the position:
The Strategic Engineer, in our CEO's Office serves as a strategic connection point between our product organization and its go-to-market teams. Reporting to the Field CTO, this role addresses the company's highest-priority challenges as they emerge, and operates across a broad and evolving scope of strategic initiatives.
The core of the role is 0→1 execution. Each quarter, the position is aligned to specific company KPIs, and is responsible for building the required foundations from the ground up: processes, tooling, content, and enablement infrastructure. Initiatives are developed, validated, and operationalized before being transitioned to the relevant owning team.
Execution spans a wide range of activities depending on the initiative in focus. These may include:
Building product demos and technical assets on the platform
Partnering with marketing to produce content that communicates our positioning to the market
Meeting with customers and prospects to gather feedback and validate direction
