What will your job look like?
Define and execute a global niche hiring strategy aligned to business priorities and future skills
Lead and develop global niche TA teams, balancing workload and capacity across regions
Drive end-to-end hiring performance across speed, quality, accuracy, and experience
Remove delivery bottlenecks and set global standards for assessments, calibration, and KPIs
Own sourcing, hiring, and supplier governance, ensuring policy compliance
Partner with TA Business Partners, Enablement, and Strategic Sourcing to anticipate future capability needs
Build and leverage talent intelligence through market mapping, emerging skill insights, and competitor benchmarking
Promote recruiter capability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the global TA community
