The service team is looking for a service product expert to provide global product support.
In this role you'll be joining the Global Service Group.
Our team provides service to a large-scale install base, at leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide.
As part of this role you will be responsible for training, installation, and support of all products across customer sites globally.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the central point of contact (Tier-3) for addressing all technical service needs related to our products.
Involved in product development activities; make sure field and customer needs are well-represented and prioritized during the product roadmap
Lead all field technical escalations
Actively participate in product evaluations
Proactively generate knowledge transfer sessions and on job training for FSEs worldwide
Develop and document procedures to install (start-up), retrofit and maintain the product (Technical Product Manuals) to improve field knowledge and performance.
Partner with engineering and product development to review and address Top Field Issues.
Develop new procedures, Service Notes, and troubleshooting guide as required.

We are seeking a Data Engineer & Analyst specializing in Financial Systems and Data.
The role includes analysing system, financial, and structural data, designing specifications for automated tools, and executing their implementation.
We are looking for professionals with corporate finance expertise, an entrepreneurial mindset, and innovative thinking to enhance decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
Perform primary and backup financial and structural data analysis, responding to client inquiries on regulation, automation, and data processing
Support the development of advanced analytical techniques, including constructing and testing statistical models for analyzing data trends, banking structure changes' effects, and enhancing structural data quality
Aid in developing business rules and report/application formats for programmers
Oversee new series and report changes, contribute to technical development, and prepare system software change requirements
Make data quality and edit resolution decisions, prepare statistical reports, and provide guidance on automation and data analysis
Provide guidance on series processing and structural data issues, including automation, editing procedures, and data analysis, ensuring unit meets all administrative and internal processing deadlines
Assist in documentation preparation and testing per System Development Methodology (SDM) requirements. Provide technical and data content support to users of system software and data.

Promote data-driven decisions by helping to set the right KPIs, analyzing business and product usage data, conducting root cause analysis, and discovering data anomalies.
Manage multiple data initiatives and projects, both on-going and ad hoc
Recommend tools and data analysis techniques, present new approaches of data analytics
Work closely with a wide range of teams - Senior Management, Product Managers, Operations Managers , Research, SW and HW developers, and more.
