Required SAP OTC System Analyst
We build the digital platforms. We are seeking a SAP OTC Analyst to support and enhance our global Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes and help prepare our SAP landscape for a future S/4HANA transformation.
This role is well‑suited for a strong hands‑on SAP professional who enjoys working closely with the business, configuring systems, solving complex process issues, and contributing to global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
OTC Solutions & Functional Support:
Design and support SAP OTC solutions aligned with global business requirements.
Participate in requirements‑gathering sessions with business, operations, and IT stakeholders.
Analyze business needs and propose functional solutions for OTC scenarios.
SAP Functional Configuration:
Configure and support SAP ECC OTC processes end‑to‑end, including:
Order Management
Pricing
Delivery & Shipping
Billing & Invoicing
Credit Management
Revenue Recognition
Returns & RMA processes
Ensure alignment and smooth integration with related SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, Logistics) and external systems.
Implementation & Enhancements:
Support SAP projects and enhancements across the OTC domain.
Participate in configuration, testing (unit / UAT support), documentation, and deployment activities.
Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and integrations in collaboration with development teams.
Support global template alignment and standard processes.
Production Support & Continuous Improvement:
Resolve complex OTC production issues in a global, multi‑region environment.
Analyze recurring issues and support ongoing system improvements.
Ensure stable and reliable business operations across order‑to‑cash flows.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with commercial, customer service, finance, logistics, and IT teams.
Act as a functional bridge between business users and technical teams.
Support integrations with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce / SFDC) and other global systems.
Requirements: 4-6 of hands-on SAP OTC / SD experience in global environments.
Strong functional knowledge of core OTC processes:
Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Revenue Recognition, Returns.
Experience working in multi‑region or global SAP landscapes.
Good understanding of SAP integrations with CRM systems (SFDC) and cross‑module impacts (FI/CO, MM, Logistics).
Experience participating in at least one SAP full life‑cycle implementation.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA (hands‑on or project exposure) - required for future migration preparation.
Advantage: Experience with SAP BRIM and its interaction with OTC processes.
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
