As Operations Associate you will be responsible for the correct onboarding, monitoring and day-to-day operation of a subset of our partners. They are essential to our profitability.
You will partner with the CSM, Product and Data teams to ensure nothing falls between the cracks.
The main tasks expected are:
Timely onboard any new customer to the external providers you are responsible of.
Monitor performance and raise issues to the product team for those to be fixed.
Identify improvement paths to the exchange of new data and propose solutions.
Automate as much of the work as possible so you can focus on higher value added tasks.
What you'll do:
Track, measure, automate and debug revenue generation processes around dispute representment and technical related integrations.
Oversee our partnerships with revenue generation partner companies.
Track margins and collections for all customers and work with the CS team to enforce needed actions.
Partner with Product to automate repetitive CS tasks and build quicker processes to ensure smooth collaboration between us and our customers, as well as internally.
Requirements: Fluent English is a must, as the day-to-day communication in this role is in English and the direct manager is based abroad.
Engineering mindset. Problems exist to be solved, you love to solve them.
Final-year Bachelor's student in Economics, Statistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field to work 50% (part-time).
Knowledge in the payments industry and specifically with handling dispute and chargeback reports is a big advantage.
Excellent analytical skills with strong pattern recognition capabilities.
Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) and debugging tools (like SumoLogic or DataDog).
Detail-oriented, loves working with numbers, and obsessed with data quality and accuracy.
Proactive, independent, and highly communicative - comfortable influencing decisions at the executive level.
Fast learner with natural curiosity and the intellectual horsepower to get up to speed on new business domains quickly.
